Before retiring from coaching, Steve coached for 10 years. During his time, the Papermakers have compiled a 118-8 record including a Wisconsin state record of 70 wins in a row. 9 conference championships and 5 consecutive state championships along with one state runner-up finish.
Steve is now helping Fortune 500 companies inspire leaders and develop a winning culture. Naturally, we wanted to learn more about how Steve took his leadership strategies and tactics from football to the business world.
